Where do you treat for pests?

Firstly, I spoke to Sharon on the phone. Sharon is very lovely and explained the whole process to me. Then a nice young chap arrived, talked me through the process again. he put the trap in the roof cavity (for the possum) and baits (for the rats) he spent 20 mins crawling around our roof cavity, turned out there was no possum, just a colony of rats. To cut this very long story short, go with Ellwood! They are AMAZING!!
